Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Monthly Membership Fee payments shall be made in advance by direct debit from the member’s designated credit/debit card, which shall be kept on file by Wisdom and Youth Med Spa, LLC

  2. The Monthly Membership Fee is determined by the program you select.

  3. Wisdom and Youth LLC,  reserves the right to make adjustments to the Membership Program. Members will be given at least thirty (30) days notice of any changes regarding: 1) increase in monthly Membership Fees; 2) a change in the date of the automatic withdrawal; or 3) change in the Membership term.

  4. Gift cards may not be redeemed to pay for any portion of the monthly Membership Fee. Coversly, Gift cards cannot be redeemed using membership wallet funds. 

  5. Discounts towards gift cards cannot be applied for members. 

  6. The initial membership term is six ( 6 ) months (“Initial Term”). The Membership Fee will be deducted upon the Membership Start Date and will be automatically withdrawn monthly thereafter. Membership will automatically renew annually at the end of the Initial Term (“Renewal Term”) or any subsequent Renewal Terms, unless terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

  7. You have the right to terminate your Membership by providing written notice to wisdomandyouthllc@gmail.com at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term (“Termination Period”). Membership can only be canceled at the conclusion of the Initial Term or the conclusion of a Renewal Terms. (Any accumulated funds within your BeautyBank will remain available after termination of your BeautyBank Membership).

  8. This Agreement is specific to the member and may not be assigned or transferred and any accumulated funds can be used only by the undersigned Member. If you have the La Mer Facial Membership, you may transfer up to 2 facials per calender year to a family member or a friend. 

  9. The Initial Term will commence on the date Member makes the initial Membership Fee payment.

  10. Members are responsible for ensuring that the credit/debit card number on file is valid so that the monthly Membership Fee can be charged to the card. You may change the card information provided at any time by contacting wisdomandyouthllc@gmail.com. It is your responsibility to ensure there is always a valid credit/debit card on file at the time the monthly Membership Fee is charged. If a valid credit/debit card is not made available, Wisdom and Youth may exercise all rights available, whether under this Agreement or applicable law, which may include suspension of your Membership until payment is made, assessing a late payment fee of $50.00, and/or termination of this Agreement.

  11. Wisdom and Youth reserves the right to terminate or suspend Membership, at its sole discretion, due to breach of the terms of service, if payments due by the Member are not paid for thirty (30) days after the payment due date, or the member knowingly provides false or misleading information to Wisdom and Youth, LLC or any of its providers or staff. If Wisdom and Youth terminate this Agreement for any reason, Wisdom and Youth  reserves the right to retain any accumulated funds to cover any reasonable costs it may have incurred as a result.

  12. I authorize Wisdom and Youth (identified below) to charge the monthly Membership Fees to my financial institution via Electronic Funds Transfer service with the credit/debit card information I have provided. I further acknowledge and accept all Membership Terms and Conditions.

  13. I understand that I am fully responsible for my payment, and if at any time I decide to make any changes to my credit/debit card information, I must contact wisdomandyouthllc@gmail.com to provide updated card information. Change of payment method will not affect other provisions of this Agreement. If I decide to terminate my membership, I understand I am subject to the termination Terms and Conditions set forth herein and must provide written notice thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term. I understand that no refunds will be issued after the Membership Fee has been charged. I further understand that Membership is non-transferable and memberships may not be shared. Wisdom and Youth reserves the right to change Membership policies and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice.

  14. Memberships may be Paused up to two consecutive months per calendar year.

By Purchasing the Membership… I authorize I have read and agree to allow Wisdom and Youth™ to charge the monthly Membership Fees to my financial institution via Electronic Funds Transfer service with the credit/debit card information I have provided. I further acknowledge and accept all Membership Terms and Conditions.

I understand that I am fully responsible for my payment, and if at any time I decide to make any changes to my credit/debit card information, I must contact wisdomandyouthllc@gmail.com to provide updated card information. Change of payment method will not affect other provisions of this Agreement. If I decide to terminate my membership, I understand I am subject to the termination Terms and Conditions set forth herein and must provide written notice fifteen (15) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term. I understand that no refunds will be issued after the Membership Fee has been charged. I further understand that the Membership is non-transferable.
